Delivery
Standard delivery is 3-5 working days within the UK, subject to stock availability. Please email enquiry@eggcupclothing.co.uk for delivery information outside the UK.

Exchange
Wherever possible eggcup clothing co. is happy to exchange items but cannot always guarantee stock availability. Please send it back unworn and in its original packaging, enclosing a note of what you would like us to send you.

Returns
eggcup clothing co. is more than happy for you to return an unsuitable item for a full refund. Please send it back within 28 days of receipt, unworn and in its original packaging. If you return it after 28 days we will issue a credit note.

Proof of Postage
eggcup clothing co. recommend you obtain proof of postage when sending an item back for exchange or return as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Postage Refunds
eggcup clothing co. can only refund postage on exchanges or returns if the item is found to be faulty.
